this day is the culmination of a weeks worth of heightened energies and is a favorite for exploring with frequency and vibrations. all aboard!

August 8 at 5:05pm

you will be setup in a very cozy comfortable atmosphere where you will be lying down for the duration of the sound bath. please bring your own pillows and blankets to be extra comfortable. dress code is cozy. 

we’ll start off with a smudge cleansing with smoke from high vibrational herbs and a simple breathing exercise to get you grounded and cleared

we have a range of specific frequency tuned instruments from gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles and more that will be used. we also blend in indigenous medicine songs.
