this offering is a moment in time for you to live and honor the sacredness in your daily life. a vessel for you to receive frequencies, vibrations and energies from the beautiful sounds, finding peace and relaxation.

you will be setup in a very cozy comfortable atmosphere where you will be lying down for the duration of the sound activation 

we’ll start off with a simple smudge cleansing with smoke from high vibrational herbs and a simple breathing exercise to get you grounded and cleared. 

we have a range of specific frequency tuned instruments from gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles and more that may be used. i also blend in indigenous medicine songs that i sing as i feel called.
